what rom do you run?

My "daily use" rom is stock rom but I test custom and CM7 based roms almost every week XD (I'm a flasher ).

Anyway this is not the problem since, for me, the emulator work the same on every rom I already tested (I read people who have problem with bareboned roms but its not my case). And as I can see I'm not the only one with the problem, Henrik said he had the "green screen" problem with his Galaxy Y too.
