Yes, I usually use the words "kinda" in a sentence during contradictions because what the other person said is also true at some point,and the word "also" as not to disregard what the other party said although I disagree, but not entirely, since it's the other party's point of view. I don't have the habit to bash someone else's opinion, as it is bad manners, my parents said so
There is also a theory (well, I just made it up): It does not matter whether if an opinion is either significant or not, big or small, or just random ranting, what matters is, that opinion gave meaning to the conversation, gave people a good laugh, offered knowledge, or other positive outcomes and that thought in mind leads to better understanding.
