I think it bad idea to up 60 Fps on weak device
 ( I try Kingdom Heart BBS before it not go to 60/60 fps basically it go to 50/60 ingame  ) so 30/30 is better that 50/60 give some crappy sound and lag. I think 60 fps patch only for people that can go to 80fps+ 
I worse write english so take easy on me (even my own language realy bad T_T) Rig to test now : Windows 8 64 bit (Laptop) Intel® Core™ i3-3110M (2.4GHz, 3MB L3 Cache) Nvidia GT720M 2GB |
