The game has undergone a massive boost in performance since v0.9.5-343-gcf15ec8 thanks to Henrik's added BBOX support. (from 200 VPS to over 570+ VPS on my rig in sig when tested in the same scene)

I recommend any lower end user having performance issues with this game (the game isn't that heavy to begin with but you never know) to use that build or a newer one from the buildbot.
