Now, memstick/psp/cheats directory should be created with single, empty ini file. Paste that two lines to newly created ini file, save and turn ppsspp on again.
Run the game, press esc and in Cheats check if "Music hack" is visible and checked. Music should work now.

Oh,the cheats game it's in the main folder,not in memstick,i tried what you said and it worked,really thanks a lot for your help mate,you answered me so fast
