okay I'll try with v0.9.5-139. as for the CD format which one you use ISO or CSO? since what I try is CSO (0.9.1 work well on CSO).

for the folder part, at first I thought this was the problem, but as I move to memstick and the cheats shows up at the cheats menu I really doubt it.
