Report about official release 0.9.5

Using windows 8 64, with recently official release 0.9.5

The UI is mess up, the text in some UI is replaced by chinese character, can't even read buffer information because of this.

and i think 0.9.1 checkbox is better for option UI as ii seems changed in 0.9.5, (cant see because replaced by chinese character),

also some test with my game

Photokano - still can't take photo, text sometimes missing
Gradius - Screen and sound mess up
Ragnarok Tactic - Freeze after opening movie
Valkerye Leneth - Freeze after talk with odin
Idol Master shiny festa(s) - Some text is messing or in wrong position
Higurashi Daybreak - Can't play movie, text missing, screen mess up
