what version are you using?
if old version ini file is in folder ppsspp\cheat
if new version ini file is in folder ppsspp\memstick\psp\cheat

i'm using one of the newer versions. i think it's the official version that was released a few days ago. i found the folder in the memstick one and the .ini file too. but it doesnt show up in the cheats menu when i open it even though the .ini is edited.
