I'm happy to report that 0.9.5 runs this game almost perfectly. Big Grin

Text rendering may still have some minor flaws, but it's a huge improvement compared to 0.8.1. Crackle sounds are also reduced and not as obvious as before, so anyone can play it just fine now.
