So, Shina, you just have to press your "Esc" key in order to pause PPSSPP before pressing "Alt + Tab" and this problem will disappear

It will actually do that when the emulator is pause as well.

Just reconfigure the turbo button to something else, you can do that where you configure controls normally. Make it like tilde (~) or something.
