They have several translators who are already working on the game, and it sounds like most of the menu is already done.

There's no patch as you said.
the user Yasutsuna25 is trying to make people believe there is a patch so he can keep making money out of paid 3 chained link shorteners which he uses on his blog to download the FAKE sao patch.
It only takes to open the patch with notepad to see it's LOVE PLUS a NINTENDO DS game patch.
The only reason to defend such an obvious fake is that he is the person behind it.
I've patched several games both NDS and PSP and never took more than 1 minute.
Yasutsuna25 should be banned from this forums for spreading his crap fake everywhere and confusing people to believe there's a patch out there...
