It's the code starting from 0xD, since it's not supported, basically code works all the time as you would press the activation button, you can't simply remove it through to make code work fully as planned, it should be divided on two different codes to activate through cheat menu:

Make sure you also use somewhat new ppsspp version as clearing jit was just recently added, in older versions codes which changed assembly like this one required game restart to actually be used.
