I found a function that different from the real CWcheat，it may not be a big problem but it do cause some errors with some cheats.
For example：
_C1 group 1
_L 0xE11E0001 0x009B6020
_L 0x01700000 0x00000001
_C1 group 2
_L 0xE11E0002 0x009B6020
_L 0x01700000 0x00000002
The first code "_L 0xE11E0001 0x009B6020" means when adress 0x009B6020's number becomes 1,next 30 codes in this group should be activated.
But in PPSSPP， it also effects on group 2 ，just because the codes under the first code "_L 0xE11E0001 0x009B6020"are less than 30 in group 1.
These kinds of codes are used in many special games，such as Gundam VS Gundam series or some Kingdom Hearts BBS's cheats
