Hi! Ritori, I don't know if PPSSPP have a snap function,
but you can also use the Print Screen Button on your keyboard to take a screenshot from your PC, after pressing Print "Screen" button go to accessories - then - Paint - from there click "Paste" and from there you can save the image on either png jpeg or gif format. Hope this helps, Have a great day
