Enabling Atrac 3+ audio in recent builds(Windows/Android)

for some reason i cant DL it straight from Audio section in PPSSPP, so i DL all the mirrors from this thread hope that someone could direct me what to do next. from A-Z.

Just download at3 plugin at Audio section in PPSSPP?

Download it and automatic going to correct folder basically it in you PPSSPP folder..

you're window 32 bit and you need this stuff only at3plusdecoder.dll(put it in you ppsspp folder) and you don't all this stuff
