I wouldn't suggest it for everyday use if it doesn't have an x86 processor (so there won't be any translation and will run natively) like let's Galaxy Tab 3 10.1's Intel Atom one. For ARM devices there's just too many layers of emulaton that take away speed and productivity out of the whole thing that makes it more of like a POC than a actual "Run windows on any device" thing, so long story short ARM+Windows= Not a daily driver at all.
