Maybe it's because of my PC, even though other games (Read: FFT War Of The Lions) run? D:

With the latest builds i have the same problem, not in 0.9.1(or i least i didn't see it the little time i've play it in that version).

It seems to happen in and after some scenes(not playable).

The godd news is that it has shadows

yeah i have it on last build also, this is cause the emulator started emulating more psp effects (like shadows for kh) but its doing it badly right now! i hope they will fix it till the next stable build
