You really don't have nothing else installed on PC?? Something for OpenGL??
Maybe this is not compatible with some programs run in background Undecided

I have no idea if I have installed anything special for this to work. I usually just install standard stuff like DirectX, Office, Runtimes, etc. when I re-install.
