It's still the same here on 0.9.1-1378 but x86
I just downloaded that rev,extracted the archive,set the frame skipping to auto and directly start the game...it crashed again.

Can you try the x86 version

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
