Problem with frame skipping and custom resolution

Not sure if those problem are related only to this game(because they are related to ppsspp features),that's why I didn't posted in the game thread.

1.
The game is Hexyz Force and if frame skipping is enabled(any mode),ppsspp will crash after you load the save and the game continues(after the loading screen)

The text is also missing in that cut scene(first message)

The game seems to have a lot of problems in the Levant storyline and none in Cecilia(good thing I played her story first)

The problem rev is 0.8.1-1378 x86
It's ok on 1377

There is also something wrong with setting custom resolution(2x).
It happens at random...one of those things may happen or all of them.
1.The screen will start flashing really fast
2.Suddenly textures disappear(including the mini map)
3.Will show weird textures

To fix the problem I have to somehow force a refresh...for example exit=>enter full screen or bring the pause screen menu(Esc) and then resume the game.

The problem is not related to the recent mini map fix,it happens only if I use 2x resolution(which actually gives me more speed in games that need buffered rendering)
