It's normal for most PSP games to say files aren't found when you first boot them. Just answer "continue" or "yes" when it asks you if you want to proceed. However, if the game offers a "data install", don't do it, it's a waste of SD card/HDD/SSD space(however, some games like .Hack//LINK and MGS: Peace Walker require them, so there's not much you can about it).

That said, the game already has a thread here, so please use it if you end up having more issues with this specific game.
