You're joking, right? PPSSPP doesn't emulate USB(and I doubt it will, unless those camera games like Invizimals need it..), and even if it did, most of the devices it runs on can't act as a USB slave(I believe that's the mode required..it's been forever since I've seen anyone mention this homebrew..) in the correct way.
