Ok i have installed the new buid. But yet i have only 16frames.
What Settings are recommended?

My Graphic Setting:
Buffered rendering
Frame Skipping 1
Force max 60 FPS on
Alternative Speed 100%
Hardware transform on
Vertex Cache on
Rendering Resolution 1xPSP
Stretch do display off
Mipmapping on
Show FPS Counter FPS
Show debug statistics off
Upscale Level off
Upscale Type xBRZ
Deposterize off
Anisotropic Filtering off
Texture Filter Linear
Disable Stencil Test Off
Always Depth Write off

And System Settings are:
Fast memory (unstable) on
Dynarec (JIT) on
Multithread (experimental) off
I/O on thread (experimental) on
Change CPU Clock (0=default) 0
