I just posted that you can reach it now without much troubles or savestates. Just go to new game and keep mashing all buttons for like 30 seconds till an image comes up asking you if you want to install data, say "No" and it will bring you to the main screen. That simple!
Also, that's a step before considering it playable!

You don't understand. When i load rom, i have black screen.. I can't reach main menu without save state. How can i choose new game if i can't reach main menu?

Just wait or use fast forward, it takes time to load.

How do i use fast forward? What is that? Can u make me save state carter007?
EDIT: Is it possible to run game with Dynarec, or only interpreter?
EDIT 2: I tried with both interpreter and dynarec and waited for about 20 minutes with both options and only black screen. I tried mashing buttons too, and it's a no go. Please, help me play this game.
