UPDATE:

Alot of stuff have been fixed!

1. You can start/Load a game (though you have to do it blindly and wait like 30 seconds) in recompiler mode too!
2. Almost all UI textures get rendered correctly now! You can also see all the textures for the quick time events which means that the game is pretty playable now!
