[Windows 7] PPSSPP has stopped working.

Hello everyone. i'm having a very frustrating problem.

I have recently upgraded my Windows XP SP3 into Windows 7 Ultimate.

After installing the new OS, i tried to open PPSSPP v0.9.1 but all i get is an error message saying "PPSSPP has stopped working."

Before I upgraded my OS, i had no problem like this.

I've already tried everything necessary such as installing vcredist 2010 and directx 9.
Unfortunately, I had no luck.

Can anyone please help me with this issue? I'd really appreciate your help.

Computer Specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 (i forgot this part.) 3.01gHz
RAM: 2gig
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a

(I know my graphics card sucks but it can still play PPSSPP.)
