Updated guide again with the latest FFIV development.

The fix has been reverted since v0.9.1-533-gb054f1d because it was causing issues in a number of other games so stick to a revision between v0.9.1-488-g6624bb8 and v0.9.1-532-g18c2342 if you still want to play this game on your AMD/ATI machine.
