Alright first here is a detailed walk through on how to use and configure PPSSPP which contains pictures

second make sure you are using the latest version of PPSSPP which can be found here

http://www.ppsspp.org/downloads.html

Also the next time you have a problem be sure to include what version of PPSSPP you have such as whether it's the official 0.9.1 release or one of the dev builds such as 0.9.1-467
