60FPS help some games(GoW games for example)and as the guide says

11. Turn ON Fast Memory. (minor performance boost on x86, major performance boost on Android, not always recommended since it is quite unstable and can cause crashes. If your games start crashing, turn FastMem OFF.)
I never actually used "Fast Memory" that much to try seeing if there is any difference with and without it

Some games work better with Buffered Rendering disabled
Some games work better with vertex cache enabled\disabled
