CwCheat Support

This is my first time trying to read from cheat.db but does that option currently work(0.9.1-400 x86)
When I start a game and use the button to import the cheats for a game(any game...there are cheats for the games I tried),ppsspp either freeze or it need really long time(I didn't wait more than 2 minutes)to import the codes from cheat.db file that is 2.16mb

If there are no cheats,it will exit the menu after 1 or 2 seconds
