First, Hello and welcome to the forums. There is a compatibility list for games here
http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=1473
Threads for the specific games are found
Shin Megami Tense Persona 3 Portable (which henceforth I will forever refer to as SMT
3P): http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?...ht=persona
Danganronpa: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=940
Corpse Party: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=480
Now as to how to solve your problem I would recommend using the version 0.9.1-381 as I was just playing SMT3P on it and I experienced no screen flickering with it. As for the other two I would recommend reading there respective threads as they seem to be quite buggy and require very specific settings to play them.
