I think a dedicated ppsspp Android thread and a dedicated PC thread.. make them official threads also for other platforms.
It will also keep everything clean and we can all chip in to make it happen ie.. best settings for android on certain games etc.. it will also make it easier for the devs when implementin specific games settngs.
