I'll bite.

From what I can see from the GPUz screenshot you've provided, your drivers are really, really old, dated 19/9/2010.

I recommend at least upgrading them to these ones, which are the same ones I use for my own ATI/AMD graphics card with the laptop I have:-

These drivers are stable as a rock. Never crashed even once for my card. I've recommended it to every single AMD/ATI user on this forums with older AMD HD cards for PPSSPP, and it's worked well for every one of them.

Try them and see for yourself.
