Problem with pause button

Hello! I compiled version 0.9.1-131-g2d89323 this morning and I realized a little problem.
The mapping of the Pause button is deleted everytime I start PPSSPP. It's still present in the controls.ini file, but it seems that the application cannot read it. So I need to remap it everytime if I want to pause my game.

Edit: I did some tests and the problem is not limited to the Pause button. Everytime I close PPSSPP, the last line of controls.ini is deleted. So, starting from the default configuration, the first time disappeared the Pause binding, the second time the SpeedToogle binding, the third time the Unthrottle binding, etc.
