Online Support (PRO Online)

i know online play is going to take a while to make it happen, in the mean time i think this should be done first (or something similar) before online to test multiplayer

Something already possible on the other psp emulator (JPCSP)

1 PC running 2 emulator, 1 client 1 server, (actually 2 PC on 1 router also works)
all you need to do is add netclient/netserver on the .bat file of each emulator

so basically i think PPSSPP community can base of something out of this
