PS3 controller work on ppsspp but you will need sixaxis controller app. buy it on google play
i search in the google what is bt-controller and i found an app for this i think this may help, BT Controller ver. 1.5.4.1 app. buy it on google play
Devices: iPad mini Wi-Fi ios 7.0.4 jailbroken,
iPhone 4s ios 7.1 JAILED.

(I accidently update my iphone 4s to ios 7.1 without checking if there's a jailbreak for 7.1)
