In my opinion, this would be better suited as a per-game profile type thing, once we have the functionality written(submitted by users who've tested them thoroughly). We could provide tested profiles(by the community) based around performance perhaps, and maybe a checkbox somewhere telling PPSSPP to use the game's performance profile instead of a typical one. Just an idea, though.
