I think what he means by the option is an instant, 1 click graphical preset option that'd change all the settings of the emulator for maximum performance.

Kinda like the everything mentioned in the guide solarmystic wrote, but applied with a single click on a button.

Which is kinda hard to do, since different games have different tolerances for different options.
