0.9 is here! (and 0.9.1, a bugfix release)

I can't seem to get the right analog stick to work within the game; it does recognize the stick whilst mapping it, but after mapping it nothing happens, also, still getting smokey picture when playing The 3rd Birthday, not winging, just a heads up for devs.

P.S Using Windows 7 32 bit, GeForce GT 640 G/C, Core 2 duo 2.99GHz CPU, 4 Gig ram.
