Saved Data not being picked up for 0.9

Hi all. I have just made some tests on this bug (when the memstick and font0 folders appear outside the emulator folder) and have figured out that it happens only if the emulator folder contains the word "Windows" in its name, and it is case-sensetive. For example, name it "PPSSPPlkjdqoWindows235", and you will see the bug. But if the name is "PPSSPP_WiNdoWs", the folders appear where they are supposed to be.

And it seems to be a rather old phenomena - it is present even in v0.7.6-1521. Didn't check older versions. Perhaps it was made intentionally for some dev tests and the emulator folder was named like this by mistake in the latest release.
