Updated the guide to reflect the release of 0.9.

Rough Changelog:-

-Screenshots were retaken from 0.9's NewUI, since the OldUI has been stripped completely of the emulator it seems.

-Changed the names of a few options which were altered in 0.9.

(Off I go! Only came back for a bit to update the perf guide)
