newbie needs help with atrac3

If you're on Windows XP you're most likely win32 / x86(there's an x64 version of XP, but almost nobody used it).

If you're on Vista, 7, or 8, Start >> right click Computer >> Properties: look to see if it says 32bit or 64 bit OS under System Type. After that, it comes down to which version of PPSSPP you use. We offer 32bit and 64bit builds. At any rate, I suggest using both if you have a 64bit OS, since sometimes some games work in 32bit and not 64, and vice versa.
