Sure, there's a new key mapping UI that was just pushed for example. But since 0.9 is supposed to be released next week, I think it is, I wouldn't expect it to be a miracle build(I suppose it might look like it is, again for the people who don't use "unstable" builds). 0.8 wasn't, 0.8.1 wasn't, and 0.9 won't be, either.
