Seems to be that my fps in-game is at 30 constantly, VPS jumps around 35/40/60.

Set it to something like 60 - 80 MHz for this game. A bit higher if the game starts to spaz out.

I'm running v0.8-1-2g0cfbde for Android (Ouya) and I don't get that CPU Unlock menu.

I'm able to get it to run decent, constant 30 FPS, 50 VPS most of the time but it will dip into 30 VPS in battles and certain areas.

I have this setup:
Hardware Transform
Vertex Cache
Mipmapping
Bufferred Rendering
Frame Skipping: 1

Hoping the Ouya port comes soon...
