PPSSPP Has Stopped Working!

[angelang118]

Hi,

I've also encountered the problem of PPSSPP crashing right when I start it. Here are my specs:

I've noticed Thalea and I are both using ATI cards, so maybe we both share the same reasons as to why PPSSPP are not working?

Thanks for the help.

You're using a Radeon 4xxx series card.

Which is great, since I can direct you to these AMD legacy drivers that are perfect for your card:-

I've been using these drivers for my own Radeon 4670 card in my laptop and they've never crashed once in PPSSPP. They're the best drivers for our older cards and also incredibly stable.

Also, have a look at this the AMD/ATI thread that contains some rather useful information about the limitations of our cards with PPSSPP.

Your method worked flawlessly, PPSSPP no longer crashes and runs smoothly. Thank you so much again.
