Strangely, this only happens in my netbook, but not in my PC. everything is normal in my PC. besides, the settings of PPSSPP in my netbook and PC are the same!

Finally, THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED. thanks to karry299
I just installed the latest driver for my AMD, now its 12.104 version.
