Vertex cache introduces hiccups on MHFU

Is it a emulator problem or my hardware is just not up to task in this case? If the problem is the hardware, what is it lacking - weak gpu? Not enough ram?

Emu version v.0.8.1-1773-ge03acc4 for android - device used Xperia Play.

I did'nt really know,but bleach7 also get same problem when vertex cache is on,this has been long known problem for mhfu,pc don't get affected,maybe lack of cpu or somwthing.

So this affects all devices - even, say, a Galaxy S4?
