Try showing them some examples of codes you are using. Some haven't me implemented yet like my 06 code.
Also for insanity sake check to see if "Enable Cheats" is on in Settings>System.
Also make sure that you have the code on in the .ini as so.

_C1 Example Code
_L 0XYYYYYYYY 0XYYYYYYYY

_C0 is off and _C1 is on
