Okay I think I got it.
What you have to do is extract all archieves that are in ths archieve with winrar to a new folder.
Than extract these new archieves again untill you finally have an iso in the last folder. make sure to always extract the .rar file and none of the .r## files.

is'nt it need some kind of extractor like ffsj or something else,if i'm not wrong,you need to extract the rar first(which I think it's contain #1 files),then using some kind of extractor based on it's format,you use the extractor and extract the #1 and then lets the extractor do the rest by auto extracting the other # files.something like that...
