Did it show a weird screen with the buttons repeating without Displayframebuffer on? If yes I think you found the reason some games (such as cave story) show this screen. Anyway I'm gonna try later after my phone charges (battery almost dead thanks to me messing with emu).
EDIT: I saw the /data/data/org.ppsspp.ppsspp/files//config.ini in your log, but I can't find it on my phone.
